Terry Burton

Lead Pastor
New Harvest welcomed Pastor Terry in August 2016 as Lead Pastor. The Leadership Team knew Terry’s gifting, heart and experience would be a great assest to the church during this time of transitioning from a church plant to building a foundation as an established church.
Terry’s heart heart is for people ... for outreach, within the church body, as well as out in the community. He enjoys connecting with people and helping them to have a personal, daily relationship with Christ.
His wife, Sandra, is his partner in ministry. They have one son, Alan, who resides in VA with his wife Anne, and son, Brandon, who is a precious gift.
When Terry is not working, he enjoys riding his gravel bike.
Josh Brown

Associate Pastor
New Harvest feels blessed to have Josh join the NH staff team, with his installation service held on September 07, 2025.
Josh felt a call to ministry when he was very little and has continued to obediently follow this call step by step.
From working as an intern, to directing a summer camp, and even being on staff at his former church.
He has shared he is so excited to be able to call New Harvest home! He has a passion for leadership development, outreach, and pastoral counseling.
He loves to connect with people, especially if coffee is involved!
When he is not working, you can probably find him playing, watching, or talking about basketball, drinking coffee at a local coffee shop, hiking, or walking by a body of water. He is also a board/card game connoisseur, and is always up to play a game!
Sandra Burton

Ministry Coordinator
New Harvest Leadership Team recognized that the church would greatly benefit from the various strengths and experiences that Sandra possesses, and would be a valuable asset to the staff team. So, on August 28, 2016, they asked her to join the team as part-time staff.
She loves her job of helping others to succeed through utilizing her gifting of being a connection, coordinator and resource person to the various leaders of New Harvest ministries, events, technology and administration.
She enjoys serving with her husband, Terry in ministry, and also riding bikes with him. Sandra loves spending time with their son, Alan & family.
